Nomenclature is mainly according to Coppins (2002). Taxa indicated by an asterisk (*) are lichenicolous fungi and non-lichenized fungi which are traditionally treated by lichenologists and usually overlooked by mycologists. Taxa over- or under-recorded due to nomenclatural difficulties in interpretating earlier records are followed by bold numbers in squared brackets (e.g. [3]).
