This variety differs from the var. lignaria (M. lignaria) on account of its different chemistry which is PD-, K-, C+ persistent orange. Local; northern and western Ireland.

Key characteristics

  • Identical to M. lignaria var. lignaria in all but chemistry
  • C+ orange (use this as priority spot test).
