Declan organized the field work for the Republic of Ireland section of the B.S.B.I. Atlas of the British and Irish Flora.
Joint lecture with the Dublin Naturalists' Field Club.

'Euphorbias and Cacti' by Orla Mullen
Joint lecture with the Cacti and Succulent Group.
