Family: Caprifoliaceae Of garden origin; one parent (V. rhytidophyllum) from Central and W China This occurs as a spontaneous hybrid between Viburnum rhytidophyllum from Central and Western China and the European V. lantana when the two are grown in proximity. In appearance it resembles V. rhytidophyllum. There are some named clones in cultivation. Photographs: a garden in Co Down. |
