Pittosporum tobiraTobira

Origin: China/Formosa/Japan

An evergreen shrub reaching 20 feet in height. The leaves are stiff and blunt and the flowers are creamy-white and fragrant. A rather rare and tender species in Northern Ireland, but grown at Castlewellan.
