Family: Labiatae Native range: most of Europe; Iran. The subsp. argentatum is probably of garden origin; it is distinguished from other subspecies by the conspicuous white patches on the leaves. The plant, a stoloniferous herbaceous perennial, is commonly grown as groundcover. |
