Species Description:
Thrift, also called sea-pink, is a very common, conspicuous and beautiful member of the coastal flora, found both on rocks and in salt marshes. It often grows in dense carpets or masses.
All names: Armeria maritima (Miller) Willd.; Statice armeria L.; Statice maritima Mill.
