Peucedanum ostruthium

A rather handsome robust perennial reaching about 3 ft (90 cm), and with divided leaves, the ultimate segments large, oval and toothed. Flowers are white, carried in large round-topped umbels.

An old introduction now found mainly along some river banks in Co Tyrone.
