Flora of Northern Ireland
Ranunculus aquatilis
(Map updated: March 2008)

Despite its name, this is not such a common species as some other water-crowfoots.

It has both floating, lobed leaves and submerged finely dissected leaves. It is found in ponds, drains and slow-moving streams.

All names: Ranunculus aquatilis L.; Ranunculus aquatilis sens. str. L.; Ranunculus aquatilis ssp. aquatilis L.; Ranunculus heterophyllus Weber; Ranunculus radians Revel
