Summary of site:
This modest cave is entered through a hole at the bottom of a small shake hole on to a boulder descent of 4m and into a small chamber. Another short pitch descends into a roomy, dry passage, 2m wide and around 40m long with an avoidable 9m pitch at its east end. Two narrow impenetrable rifts at this end terminate the cave. There is a crawl under the main passage at the foot of the 9m pitch into a tight stream passage that quickly pinches to impassable dimensions.
The cave is approximately 300m due south of the end of Cascade Inlet Passage in Prodís Pot.
Harry Jacques was a Dublin student, active both as caver and climber, who was killed in a climbing accident in 1965.
