Exhibits can be set up from 6.00pm. It would be helpful if you could let the Hon. Secretary or Hon. Excursion Secretary know if you intend to exhibit, so that an appropriate number of tables and lamps can be arranged. Remember when putting out your display that the early bird gets the best spot!

This is an opportunity for Field Club members to share things of interest with other members. You are urged to display photographs, geological collections, historical artefacts, recording notebooks, etc. Exhibits by junior members are particularly welcome.

Tea, coffee and tray bakes will be available for £2 (the cost is subsidised by the Field Club).
