Meet 7.00pm at Crawfordsburn Country Park car park (NGR J 450 818), Coastguard Avenue, Helen's Bay (take Craigdarragh Road towards Helen's Bay, then turn left about 200yds after passing beneath railway bridge).

We will walk along the North Down Coastal Path towards Rockport, examining the varied flora along the shore and in nearby woodland.
