Research interests:
Distribution and conservation of Irish insects especially water beetles (Coleoptera), bugs (Heteroptera), dragonflies (Odonata) and bees and wasps (Hymenoptera). The taxonomy and status of the two wood white butterfly species Leptidea sinapis and L. reali in Ireland.
